Sakimoto Sushi Lounge is an upscale Japanese Sushi and Steakhouse Restaurant, featuring Chef Kichul Jung.


At a very young age, Chef Jung walked the fish markets, with the aspiration of becoming an elite sushi chef. The menu the chef has created for Sakimoto represents this, and will offer guests a creative and seasonal menu featuring premium ingredients sourced locally as well as imported from Japan. He is bringing some of his family recipes, and inspirations from chefs like World-Renowned sushi Chef Masa Takayamahe and Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, to Sakimoto.


All of Sakimoto’s sushi and plate options will be meticulously prepared and served in a welcoming and fine dining environment. With unique and thoughtful food offerings and it’s zen-like Japanese Garden ambiance, Sakimoto strives to provide all guests with a memorable dining experience. A list of sake and craft cocktails curated by the Sakimoto team round out the dining experience.
